The 2018 Farm Bill has made it possible for us to ship hemp-derived CBD, CBG, and THC legally. As an online dispensary that ships to all states where CBD is legal, it is necessary to adjust our shipping policies from state to state and at any given time. Any online dispensary that ships to all states will have to abide by federal, state, and local laws. Please check your local laws before ordering. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY: 

Blackhouse Botanicals is a manufacturer, brick-and-mortar retailer, and online dispensary that ships to all states where CBD is legal. We do not ship internationally and can not ship to states where our products are not legal. Please check your local laws before ordering. If we are unable to ship to your state, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued. 

  

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME: 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and most orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. This includes 1-3 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for shipping. In most cases, shipments are received much sooner. 

As an online dispensary that ships to all states where CBD is legal and because of the demand for our products, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Expedited shipping times are not guaranteed by Blackhouse. The estimated delivery time is based on information provided by the shipping carrier. As an online dispensary that ships to all sites where CBD is legal, we make every effort to process orders quickly. Laws are different states by state and frequent changes in laws may affect our shipping times and ability. 

  

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES: 

Blackhouse Vapor Company is an online dispensary that ships to all states where CBD is legal. We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

  

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING: 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

  

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES: 

Blackhouse Vapor Company is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are an online dispensary that ships to all states where CBD is legal, and some states may have higher taxes on CBD products. We abide by all state laws and local tax codes. Blackhouse does not currently ship products out of the U.S.

  

DAMAGES: 

Blackhouse Vapor Company is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

  

We take every possible precaution to ensure your product arrives in its original state. Because we are an online dispensary that ships to all states where CBD is legal, some packaging may be different from state to state. During hot months, all orders containing gummies are offered to be sent USPS Priority 2-day shipping with a cold pack in insulated packaging. We will not be held liable for the melted product if you do not select the correct shipping method. For large wholesale orders, the gummies are frozen before being shipped. 

  

It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of tracking and delivery time-frames. If your product is left in a mailbox or other hot environments, which leads to product melting, Blackhouse Botanicals will not be held liable.
